John Partners with Disruptor Beam on ‘Star Trek Timelines’

John has partnered with game developer Disruptor Beam on a new project called Star Trek Timelines, an immersive new mobile and web game where Trek fans can assemble a crew of their favorite characters from across all eras of Star Trek. John will join the Disruptor Beam team at Star Trek Las Vegas on August 9th to talk to fans about the game. John is providing counsel on development of the game’s story lines, as well as lending his voice for use in the game. BronyCon: The Documentary is an upcoming documentary film that will follow John de Lancie on his journey to a large convention of bronies known as BronyCon Summer 2012, at the Meadowlands Expo Center in Secaucus, New Jersey, as well as shedding some light on the growing fan phenomenon around the animated television series ‘My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic’. John de Lancie on BronyCon

Over at Ottawa Comiccon, John de Lancie announced a possible “brony” documentary hosted by the lord of Chaos himself. My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic is an animated television series that premiered on October 10, 2010, on the United States cable network. Older fans of the show have adopted the title “brony,” a portmanteau of the words “bro” and “pony”. In the video below, John gives us a taste of what we can expect at BronyCon, and takes up a challenge offered by a certain little purple pony.

Star Trek® TNG EXPOsed is a full-cast reunion of Star Trek: The Next Generation® that celebrated the 25th anniversary of the show, which debuted back in September of 1987.
